Exchanges and Refunds:
We do not accept exchanges on any promotional items, discount codes, clearance, accessories, white clothing and swimwear. All these items are FINAL SALE. No Exceptions.
We do not offer refunds.
The only option is to mail in for store credit of the purchase price of the item.
Return Policy:
Must email assistance@poshpoise.com for return approval.
Please include order number in the initial email.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn.
Accessories, swimwear, intimates, white clothing or items cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE.
All Sale/Clearance/Promotional Items are FINAL SALE.
All returns are processed for a store credit of the purchase price of the item/s exclusive of original shipping charges. All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit should the customer choose to return an item.
RETURN SHIPPING is the Responsibility of the customer.
Store Credit:
Credit can only be used online at our website www.poshpoise.com.
Credit is Non-Transferrable.
Credit will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the item.
It is the customers responsibility to maintain track of the return parcel.
Credit is issued after your return is scanned "PICKED UP".
Customer can access their store credit by using the same email at checkout as your original order.
Credit does not expire.
POSH & POISE WAREHOUSE:
The online warehouse is not open during weekends, we only fulfill and answer emails during business hours.
T-Thur 12-7pm | Fri 12-5pm
Expect a response to your email between 24-48 hrs (not including weekends).
We do not answer order related questions through DM's or social media. If you need to exchange or have issues with your order, please email us at assistance@poshpoise.com
We do not tolerate cat calling or cyber bullying, we will ALWAYS treat and resolve issues with respect and we ask the same from our customers.
